Product Warranty and cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, 2013, you are entitled to cancellation of your Online Order within 14 days after the day on which you receive your order. This right does not extend, however, to products shipped outside the UK. To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact help@marpacsleep.co.uk. Please ensure that you provide a clear statement that you wish to cancel together with your order number, your contact details and details of the products you wish to cancel. Prior to returning any product, you are obligated to keep and take reasonable care of them. If the order has already been dispatched for deliver, please wait until you have received your order before exercising your cancellation rights.

Sound machine Warranty

Yogasleep warrants its products (with exceptions as indicated below), to the original purchaser, to be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase in the United States. Products purchased by unauthorized resellers are not covered by any warranty. This limited warranty covers mechanical failure which includes all parts and/or workmanship against defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase in the United States. Do not alter or tamper with the quality label or the device—this will void your warranty. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental dropping, rough handling, improper charging, misuse of the product including tampering, or the application of electrical power other than that listed on the label. If the product is purchased in the US and used in a different country with a different power supply, the warranty will be void. Yogasleep will provide up to one replacement item under the warranty policy. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at help@marpacsleep.co.uk to open a ticket with our Customer Experience team. Yogasleep requires you to provide proof of purchase and a photo of the bottom of the device during this process. If there is no proof of purchase, a warranty claim cannot be filed.

Disclaimer of other warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yogasleep disclaims all other warranties with respect to its sound machine products, including but not limited to any express implied warranties or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.  In addition, to the fullest extent permitted by law,  Yogasleep shall not be liable for damages of any kind, including damages for property damage or personal injury resulting from your use of the product. This includes all direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages.

Yogasleep makes no medical or health claims regarding its sound machine products. Any questions or concerns regarding medical or health conditions should be addressed by a licensed physician.
